Editorial Policy
The BC Art & Design Journal is a first-person professional journal about design, web development, photography, game design and creative technology.
Purpose
Articles are intended to share practical experience, creative reasoning, lessons, methods and opinions from my own working perspective. The goal is usefulness and transparency rather than publishing content merely to target search queries.
Originality and review
Articles should be reviewed before publication for accuracy, personal relevance and clarity. When a topic refers to a specific project, tool, platform or external source, factual claims should be checked against the current source or documentation.
Corrections
Material errors may be corrected and pages may be updated as tools, standards and my own working methods change.
Advertising independence
Editorial subjects are chosen independently from advertising placement. Advertising, when enabled, should remain secondary to the publisher content and should not interfere with navigation or interaction.
Editorial Edition standard
The published essays in this edition are individually reviewed and curated around Burçak Çınar's documented professional practice, projects and personal creative experience. Article topics are selected for editorial relevance rather than page count. New essays are added in controlled editorial batches, and previously published URLs may be substantially rewritten when a stronger first-person treatment better serves the reader.
